Hi Humpa. I've read a ton of your posts all over the web, and wanted to ask you if you ever got your axim to tether to your V710. I recently purchased a x51v and wanted to accomplish the same, and found this:

But my axim's total commander won't auto-load the registry with the info he is talking about. I've gone through the whole unlocking process, and it still didn't work. Now, just last night I updated to A12 rom from Dell, so I'm going to try again, but I thought i would ask you since you have a ton of experience with these two pieces of equipment. Thanks!

Start at post #146 - there are pages of info, and I don't recall how to do it off the top of my head. But the only way I've done it is by using the registry entries from my E815. So as long as you can use another phone's DUN entries, I think you'll be all set. |

Brilliant! Your text file was liked much more than mine. You know whats funny though, in all the posts who said YAY WE GOT IT WORKING and then explained how they loaded the registry file and off they went, everyone seems to have glanced over the fact you need to restart the axim to reload the registry files That had me scratching my head for a few minutes till I remembered it was windows. (I'm a mac/linux person 1/2 the time, so I forget these things). Thanks though sir!
